I picked up my vehicle today from Texas Auto Body and couldn't believe how great it turned out. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Before choosing them, I read some negative reviews, so I spoke directly with the owner, Steve, to ask about them. He looked me in the eye and said, "Just give me a chance, and I'll do a good job." He absolutely delivered on that promise. Other shops were quoting us $7,000 or more for the repairs, but Texas Auto Body completed the work for significantly less, and the results are outstanding. The car looks amazing. I know every business will have customers who aren't satisfied, but I'm glad I trusted Steve despite some of the reviews I read. Based on my experience, he earned my confidence and my future business. Steve, thank you for the excellent work. You have a customer for life, and I won't hesitate to recommend Texas Auto Body to my family and friends.

I’m really disappointed because at first this body shop seemed pretty reliable and they gave me a good $ quote. I got body work done on my ‘25 Nissan Sentra at the end of December and over the past few months I’ve noticed multiple things to my disapproval. The bondo on my driver side door was applied on too thick so now there’s a huge chunk missing off of my door, which is from a combination of of it being applied on to thickly and the door being misaligned, my hood isn’t properly aligned either and there’s a big gap between the hood and the bumper. When they took the damaged bumper off of the car they threw my license plate away with it. And the paint overspray on my windshield is very thickly caked onto the glass it doesn’t look like they put a tarp on top of the car or anything. And my passenger side tire is all of a sudden balder than any tire I’ve ever seen before and i wouldn’t be surprised if they took one of my brand new tires off and did who knows what with it. And the used tire that I got replaced has a bubble in it which is extremely unsafe. Here I am months later getting things fixed one at a time because it wasn’t done properly the first time. I meet Steve at QT last week and he said he owes a body shop we talk briefly about my damages and he gave me his business card. The next following business day I called him to see when he's available to start working on my vehicle and he said he can get started on it asap so I ended up dropping off my vehicle on Monday 4/6/26, along with the parts I had purchased beforehand and the next following business day he called me and said my vehicle was be ready for pickup the next following business day on Tuesday 4/7/26 around 5/6 pm. Please take your vehicle to Texas Auto Body Shop I'm highly pleased with my vehicle and I highly recommend them. Thank you Steve.

Do not take your car to Texas Auto Body. This place is unprofessional and dishonest. I gave them my car after the insurance had already paid them to fix both the front and trunk areas. Not only did they do a poor job the first time, but when I brought it back because water was leaking into the trunk, they kept my car for two more weeks and did absolutely nothing. I have proof that the insurance paid them what they were supposed to, but the guy still kept saying he wasn’t paid enough — as if that’s my fault. He agreed to fix the car a second time, and then gave it back in the exact same condition, wasting my time, money, and transportation while it sat there for nothing. I tried to work things out respectfully, but he clearly doesn’t care about doing the right thing. Now I’m having to take legal action to get the car fixed somewhere else — the right way. Don’t waste your time or risk your vehicle. This shop is not trustworthy. I uploaded some photos of how the car looked and after being fixed!
